Mellow Movement Slower transitions, time to find your feet, to connect your breath. Perfect for a first class back after a while, first class ever or if you're in the mood for a more grounding practice and get back to the basics. :) Suitable for all levels - from experienced to absolute beginners, if you have limited movement and/or recovering from illness/injury.
