Service Description

Join us at That Little Yoga Place in Moruya on Saturday 22 February, 2025 at 2.00pm for 1.5 hours of deep rest. Allow yourself some time to do less and deeply rest as you immerse into a combination of Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing to assist your body to release, restore, relax, recover and heal. We have everything you need including bolsters, pillows, cushions, eye pillow and blankets here at the studio so that you can be comfortable and supported. We suggest to come wearing comfortable cloths, properly hydrated and avoid too much food or coffee before the session. There are limited numbers for this Immersion so bookings are essential.
